 FOODS DEFINATION 

 Khaana humari zindagi ka aham hissa hai. Yeh hamare jism ko taawan deta hai aur humari bhook ko mitata hai. Khaana tayyar karnay aur khud istemaal karne ki khushboo aur maza kuch khaas hota hai. Different kisam ke khaano ko tayyar karnay ka tareeqa mukhtalif hota hai, jaise ke chaawal, daal, gosht, sabziyan, aur meethaiyan.

 


Sabziyan aur phal mazay daar aur sehatmand hotay hain. In mein vitamins aur poshida ghizaayen hoti hain jo hamari sehat ke liye zaroori hoti hain. Aaloo, gajar, tamatar, aur palak aam taur par istemal hoti hain aur inka taste laziz hota hai.

Kuch logon ke liye khana sirf ek basic zaroorat hoti hai, jabke doosron ke liye yeh aik hunar aur passion ban jata hai. Khana, hamari culture aur traditions ka bhi hissa hai, jo humari kahani aur virsa ko jari rakhta hai. Isi liye, har qisam ke khaane ko izzat aur tarife se dekhna chahiye.
