 Maida (2 cups)

 Cheeni (1 cup)

 Dahi (1 cup)

 Tel (1/2 cup)

 Baking powder (1 teaspoon)

 Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)

 Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)

 Namak (1/4 teaspoon)


Vidhi


1. Sabse pehle oven ko 180 degrees Celsius par preheat karein.


2. Ek bowl mein maida, baking powder aur baking soda ko achhe se milayein. Isse cake mein evenly rise hoga.


3. Dusre bowl mein dahi lekar usme cheeni daal kar ache se mix karein, jab tak cheeni puri tarah se ghul jaye.


4. Ab isme tel aur vanilla essence daal kar fir se mix karein.


5. Ab dheere dheere maida mixture ko dahi mixture mein daalte jayein aur spatula ya laddle ki madad se gently mix karte jayein. Dhyan rahe ki lumps na bane.


6. Aapko ek smooth batter mil jaayega, isme thoda namak bhi daal dein aur fir se mix karein.


7. Ab baking tray ko thoda sa tel lagakar usme maida chirak dein, isse cake stick nahi karega.


8. Batter ko tray mein daal kar use level karein.


9. Oven ko preheated temperature par set karein aur cake ko 30-35 minutes tak bake karein. Aap toothpick ka istemal karke check kar sakte hain, agar toothpick saaf bahar nikalta hai to cake taiyar hai.


10. Cake ko thanda hone dein, fir use cut karein aur serve karein.


Mazeed variations ke liye aap dry fruits, chocolate chips, ya frutis bhi add kar sakte hain. Yeh basic vanilla cake recipe hai, aap isme apne swaad anusar variations kar sakte hain.
