Delicious Rice dish

                                                           CHICKEN BIRYANI 


Biryani, subcontinent ke khane ke mahaul mein ek khaas mahal rakhti hai. Chicken biryani, jise murg biryani ke naam se bhi jana jata hai, ek aisa laziz aur shanedaar dish hai jo duniya bhar mein pasand ki jati hai. Is dish ka chalan Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, aur dusre kai desho mein hai. Murg biryani ek aisa khana hai jo har kisi ko apni khushboo aur swad mein madhosh kar deta hai. Aaj hum aapko chicken biryani banane ki roman urdu mein ek asaan tarika batayenge, jisse aap ghar par badi asani se bana sakte hain.

Samagri (Ingredients):

  1. Murg (chicken): 500 gram
  2. Chawal (rice): 2 cup (basmati chawal behtar hai)
  3. Pyaaz (onion): 2 (bade size, kat kar fried karne ke liye)
  4. Tamatar (tomato): 2 (bareek kate hue)
  5. Adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste): 2 chammach
  6. Dahi (yogurt): 1/2 cup
  7. Hari mirch (green chili): 2-3 (chopped)
  8. Dhaniya powder (coriander powder): 1 chammach
  9. Lal mirch powder (red chili powder): 1/2 chammach
  10. Garam masala powder: 1/2 chammach
  11. Namak (salt): swad anusar
  12. Ghee: 2 chammach
  13. Tel (oil): 3 chammach
  14. Tez patta (bay leaf): 2-3
  15. Elaichi (cardamom): 2-3
  16. Laung (cloves): 4-5
  17. Dalchini (cinnamon stick): 1 inch ka tukda
  18. Kesar (saffron): 1 chammach (garam dudh mein bhigokar)
  19. Pudina (mint leaves) aur hari dhaniya (coriander leaves) for garnishing


Biryani Banane Ka Tarika (Method):

  1. Sabse pehle, chawal ko dho kar bhigo dein. Ise 30-40 minute tak bhigokar rakh dein.

  2. Ek bade pan mein tel aur ghee garam karein, phir ismein tez patta, elaichi, laung, aur dalchini daalein.

  3. Ab ismein kata hua pyaaz dalein aur use golden brown hone tak bhunein.

  4. Pyaaz ke golden hone par adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch daalein. Thodi der tak bhunein.

  5. Ab ismein tamatar, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak daalein. Tamatar gal jaane tak pakayein.

  6. Iske baad, murg (chicken) daalein aur use bhunein jab tak murg ka rang badal jaaye aur wo achhi tarah se pak jaaye.

  7. Ab dahi dalein aur murg ko acchi tarah se mix karein. Dhyan rahe ke aap dahi daalte waqt aag ko dhimi karein, taki dahi na phate.

  8. Iske baad, ek alag patili mein pani ubaal kar usmein chawal daal dein. Chawal pakne tak boil karein, phir chawalon ko chhalni se chhan kar rakh dein.

  9. Murg aur chawal ki layers banane ke liye, ek large handi lein. Sabse pehle, thoda sa murg gravy dalein, phir chawal ka layer daalein. Iss tarah se murg aur chawal ki layers banate jaayein, upar se kesar ka dudh daal kar bhi rakh sakte hain.

  10. Ab handi ko dhak kar, dhimi aanch par 15-20 minute tak dum par rakh dein. Isse biryani ka swad aur bhi behtar hoga.

  11. Biryani tayyar hai! Ise garnish karne ke liye pudina aur hari dhaniya se sajayein.
